Event Spaces
Clubs, halls, theatres, community spaces and venues with the capacity for a serious live hip-hop event.
COMMUNITY PARTNERS
The tour needs more than venues and performers. We are looking for organizations and local partners that can help each stop reflect the community it is actually in.
WHO WE WANT TO HEAR FROM
Partnership conversations should focus on what is useful in the city — not on forcing every market into an identical community model.
Clubs, halls, theatres, community spaces and venues with the capacity for a serious live hip-hop event.
Recovery and community-support organizations interested in resource presence, outreach or collaboration.
Local groups that understand community needs and can help connect the campaign with the right people.
Local media, radio, podcasts, community publications and music media interested in the tour story.
Sound, lighting, staging, backline, photography, video and other event-production services.
Where needed, city-specific volunteer and event-support opportunities can be coordinated as dates develop.
PARTNER PROCESS
Partnerships should be useful to the actual event and community. The process keeps responsibilities and public messaging clear.
Identify the market and what your organization can realistically contribute.
Venue, outreach, resources, production, media or community support.
Agree on responsibilities, approved messaging and event-day expectations.
Coordinate with the city-specific event plan and campaign schedule.
